Custom DTF Design Fee & Deposit

This listing is a non-refundable design fee and deposit required for all custom DTF (Direct to Film) transfer requests. By purchasing this listing, you are locking in your spot on our design schedule.

1. Purchase This Deposit: This fee covers our professional design time to create or format your custom artwork.
2. Submit Your Ideas: After checkout, please message us with your design ideas, themes, required text, and sizes needed.
3. Review Your Proof: We will create a digital mockup/proof of your design and send it to you for approval. We include up to 2 rounds of revisions to make sure it is exactly what you want.
4. Final Approval & Printing: Once you officially approve the design, we will send you the final product listing link to purchase your physical prints (or instruct you on how to purchase during our live stream). We will not print or ship any custom designs until the final product order is paid.

• Non-Refundable: Because this fee covers our immediate labor and design time, it cannot be refunded once design work has begun—even if you change your mind or decide not to print the final product.
• Turnaround Time: Digital proofs are typically sent within 24–48 hours of deposit purchase (excluding weekends).
• Copyright Notice: We cannot recreate copyrighted or trademarked logos (such as major sports teams or luxury brands) unless you own the explicit rights to print them.
